At BatteryWorld, we want you to be fully charged with confidence in your purchase; if your apparel doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your BatteryWorld account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization.
Pack Your Items
Securely place the items in their original packaging and include the packing slip to ensure our warehouse team can identify your return quickly.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects the returned garments, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
